Return & Store Credit Policy
You may request a return and opt for a refund only if the item is defective or damaged. To process your request, kindly provide an unedited opening video of the parcel from start to finish.
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@poorvadesigns.com. Our team will assess your request, and if approved, a store credit will be issued—refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including the cloth bag, invoice, and tags).

Returns must be shipped by the customer after approval.

A quality check will be conducted upon receipt. If passed, store credit will be issued within 48-72 hours.

Returns beyond 3 days will not be accepted.

Poorva designs reserves the right to deny store credit if the product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition.
Damaged Products & Packages:

If the package is tampered with or damaged, take photos and refuse delivery. Notify us at info@poorvadesigns.com. within 24 hours.

If the product itself is damaged, email us within 24 hours with an opening video for verification.

Upon inspection, if approved, a store credit will be issued.
Returns Not Accepted For:

Handloom imperfections (minor thread knots, slubs, uneven weaving, or motif gaps), as these are natural in handcrafted sarees.

Sale items, which are non-returnable.
Note:
- If you claim for the missing product in your order, It is important to have an unboxing video
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at info@poorvadesigns.com mentioning your Order ID.
